Paola Cerrillo Vargas

She is lawyer by Universidad Intercontinental. She currently studies a master’s degree in Corporate & Commercial Law from Universidad Latinoamericana.

She has accredited evaluations of basic professional training and human resources administration by the Ministry of Public Education in Mexico. She is fully bilingual (Spanish & English) and is currently studying French language.

Participated in the Center for Studies and Training in Human Development, A.C. in being part of the elaboration of informative and legal studies and projects focused on alternatives for the care and protection of marine life and cleaning of the oceans.

Currently she works as a lawyer providing legal services in corporate matter such as restructuring of various corporate groups and commercial entities in Mexico, corporate governance, contracts, spin offs, dissolutions and liquidations, due diligence processes and legal corporate administration of companies; having given advice to large corporations and commercial companies.
