Corporate is our core area of practice, permitting us offering to our clients a broad number of high level corporate legal services, including legal practice for the incorporation of all kind of companies (SAPI, SAS, SOFOM, Start-ups & special entities), corporate governance, negative control, special capital structures and joint ventures, legal corporate engineering, dissolution, mergers & acquisitions, spin-off, transformations, statutory restructures, business association, corporate and guaranty trusts. We also advise our clients in their day-to-day operation, preparing, reviewing and negotiating their corporate resolutions and documents, minutes, corporate books etc.  

We support foreign business groups throughout the process to set up and do business in Mexico, from the creation of new companies, legal structure, capitalizations, joint venture agreements, corporate legal engineering and special rights (put/call option, purchase-sale of shares tag along/drag along, negative control, limited vote).

Our ample experience in family business corporate practice (family protocol, private agreements and so) constitute one of our main specialties.
