Gerardo Velazquez Villada

Obtained his bachelor’s degree from Universidad Iberoamericana.

He has served in his professional practices primarily in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, migration matters, foreign investments, highly complex contracts, structures and corporate engineering, stock control, corporate governance, procedures to the authorities of foreign investment and the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property.

As additional practice he is involved in matters related to outsourcing and social rehabilitation in prisons in Mexico.
