Uriel García González
Is a lawyer from Centro Universitario España y México and has a Master Degree in Criminal Science from the same institution and with a post graduate in criminal justice and human rights from the Instituto de Formación Profesional y Estudios Superiores de la Fiscalía General de Justicia de la Ciudad de México.
He has participated in various conferences on the Unification of the National Criminal Procedure Code and the New Criminal Justice System in Mexico.
Mr. García González has served mainly as Legal Counsel of national & foreign corporations, providing legal services in corporate matters such as restructuring various corporate groups and commercial entities in Mexico, corporate governance, spin-offs, dissolution and liquidation, due diligence processes, corporate legal management of companies, etc., providing advisory to the Ministry of Citizen Security and the Federal Consumer Protection Office in administrative proceedings and criminal diligences.
